I am exhausted, and it’s my first weigh-in/measurement since March (because my scale broke in March and I participated in No Weigh April). I am a little excited, but also found out that I’ve been undereating a bit and have to get back on track with food portions because I tend to stop being hungry quickly. I had the best butt workout today. I’m on the road to a perky butt ;) In other news, I still get a slight wheeze/cough/tightness in chest after certain cardio - running, uphill walking/jogging and sometimes the stairmaster.
